Proof, not promises.

Every engagement starts with an honest engineering review and ends with parts at your dock. Five representative projects — what the problem was, how it was solved, and the number that mattered.

HOW A CASE RUNS

One accountable engineer, four clear steps

You never wonder where your project is. Each case moves through the same disciplined path.

01

Evaluate

Free first-part review — feasibility, cost drivers, tariff exposure and risk, before any commitment.

02

Engineer & source

DFM, simulation and supplier shortlisting — the right shop for the right process, not a one-size lineup.

03

Verify

First-article inspection, tolerance checks and compliance docs. No surprises at the container.

04

Deliver

Kitting, landed-cost modelling and shipment to your dock — EXW, FOB or DDP.

SELECTED WORK

What "delivered qualified" actually looks like

COST ENGINEERING · ALUMINUMAluminum die-cast components redesigned from a turned part
CASE 01

Turned parts redesigned as die castings

The part was CNC-turned from bar stock — material waste and machine time were eating the margin at volume. Redesigned for aluminum die casting, machining only the critical faces. Tooling paid back within the first production run.

−50%
unit cost vs. the original turned design
DESIGN + IP · STRUCTURALFEA stress plot of a structural frame designed for the customer
CASE 02

A structural part designed — and patented — for the customer

The customer had a load requirement but no design. I engineered the structure, ran the FEA, and filed the patent in their name. They now own a defensible product, sourced at factory cost.

PART ANALYSIS · OPTIMIZATIONEngineer reviewing a structural analysis
CASE 03

Analyzed, optimized, then produced

Before any metal was cut, the design went through FEA — stress hotspots reinforced, excess material removed. Production ran on a verified drawing, not a guess. First articles passed without a single revision loop.

stress-verified design before production starts
SYSTEM DELIVERY · MULTI-DOMAINIndustrial machinery and metal assemblies
CASE 04

Three processes, one shipment

Sheet-metal enclosure + machined brackets + extruded rails, sourced across three specialist shops, kitted and QC'd as a single deliverable. One purchase order, one coordinator, one truck — instead of three suppliers and three headaches.

3→1
processes consolidated into one accountable delivery
TARIFF & LANDED COST · EUContainer trucks staged for EU shipment
CASE 05

Same part, eleven points cheaper into the EU

Producer, part composition and Incoterms were settled before tooling — so EU anti-dumping exposure and the full landed cost were known at quote stage, not discovered at the border.
