We rely on your consent — your decision to email us — and on our legitimate interest in responding to your request. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.
We do not use a third-party contact-form service, and no inquiry data is stored on this website. When you email hello@lingjinworks.com, your message goes directly to our mailbox (routed via our email provider over HTTPS). We are the only party that reads it.
Your data may be processed outside the EU — in China (our operations), and by our email provider when your message is routed (for example, in the US). We keep the data we handle to the minimum needed to help you.
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer period is required by law or an active project. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email hello@lingjinworks.com.
This website currently sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or tracking. Fonts are self-hosted, so your browser does not contact Google when loading the site.
